THE LAST DAY OF JESUS

Story: Last Days of Jesus examines the six days from Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem to his crucifixion from an historical rather than a religious perspective. It focuses on how the politics of Rome and Judea may have influenced Jesus’ fate.

Filming: It wasn’t the first time for me in Morocco, I had lots of contacts and an incredible team there, but this time we had to deal with different matters, political way of getting the sets that we need it. Morocco has always been a fantastic place to do filming but this time it wasn’t. The stakes were higher and it was all money. I felt that my Art was at risk and I had to stand my ground on a daily basis to make sure that I was giving my Director Ben Reid what he needed. Sometimes being a Production Designer requires more then just being good at what you do, sometimes it is a challenge, a balance. But non the less the Film was beautyful and I am very proud of then final product.
